Since 1990

Founded in 1990.

Bradley Lawn-Scape was founded in 1990 by Bradley Paulman as a small residential lawn mowing business. Over the years, the company grew into lawn treatments, landscaping and hardscape, commercial grounds care, and snow removal for Ohio Valley properties.

Today, the business is owned and operated by brothers Nathan and Bryan Paulman, the second generation of the family. Under their leadership, Bradley Lawn-Scape has transitioned to focus on what we do best: lawn fertilization and weed control for residential lawns, and year-round grounds maintenance for commercial properties. Between our owners and staff, we have over 75 years of combined experience in turf care and property maintenance.

From a single home lawn to a multi-acre commercial site, we're dedicated to bringing every property to its fullest potential.

Bryan Paulman

Co-Owner

Bryan Paulman

My name is Bryan Paulman, and along with my brother I am a proud co-owner of what is the superior lawn care company of the Ohio Valley.

Growing up, I was surrounded by the sights and sounds of lawn maintenance equipment, the smell of freshly cut grass and the satisfaction of seeing a well-manicured lawn. My father, a hardworking and visionary man, started our family’s lawn business with a simple goal: to provide exceptional lawn care services and build lasting relationships with our clients.

From a young age, I found myself fascinated by my father’s work. He was meticulous, dedicated, and passionate about every lawn he cared for. He taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and the importance of treating every client with respect and kindness. These lessons became the foundation of my own approach to the business.

As soon as I could walk, you could find me following my dad around the garage helping in any way I could. When I was of age I eagerly joined the business. It wasn’t just a job for me; it was a calling. I wanted to honor my father’s legacy and bring my own ideas and innovations to the table.

Over the years, my brother and I have introduced new sustainable practices and cutting-edge technology to ensure that every lawn we care for is treated with the utmost precision and care.

Running a lawn care business is not without its challenges, but the rewards are immense. There’s a unique satisfaction in transforming a lawn and seeing the joy it brings to our clients.

As I look to the future, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. I am committed to upholding the values and standards my father instilled in me while also embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation.

My journey in lawn care is not just a career; it’s a continuation of a family tradition, a labor of love, and a testament to the enduring power of hard work and dedication.

Co-Owner

Nathan Paulman

I’m Nathan Paulman, and I co-own Bradley Lawn-Scape with my brother Bryan.

As a second-generation owner with over 15 years in the business, I really enjoy how much there is to keep learning in lawn fertilization. I make a point of staying current on new products and application methods, and I’m proud to combine the tried-and-true practices our dad taught us with the latest advances to give our customers the best lawn care program around.

Using the right products is important, but I’m also a big believer in good cultural practices. I love talking with customers and sharing tips on mowing the right way and watering effectively.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, seeing new places, and trying new restaurants. Most of all, I cherish time with my wife Monica, our daughter Myla, and my two brothers, Bryan and Bo.
