Landscape Design & Installation
When the beds no longer work, we take them out and install a finished layout — plantings, stone, edging, and walls that fit the house and the grade.

The Work
When a Refresh Is Not Enough
A new install is the right call when the current landscape is fighting the house. Overgrown yews against the siding, beds that sit too high against the foundation, or a front walk that never lined up with the door — those problems do not get fixed with a new layer of mulch.
Bradley Lawn-Scape removes what is in the way, resets the grade, and builds the beds back with a plan that accounts for drainage, mowing, and how the property is actually used. The goal is a finished yard, not a catalog look that is hard to maintain.
See It in 3-D Before We Break Ground
We create 3-D landscape design renderings, so you can see your new landscape before any work begins. Review the plants, stone, walls, and layout, and make changes on screen instead of in the yard.

Why It Matters
Why Start Over Instead of Patching
Patching a bad layout costs money twice. You pay to dress up beds that still drain toward the house, then you pay again when the shrubs outgrow the walk or the stone starts to slump.
A clean install lets us set edging, walls, and planting heights correctly the first time. That is cheaper over five years than repeating a refresh on a layout that was never right.
What's Included
What a New Installation Includes
Every job starts with a free visit to the property and a written estimate, so you know exactly what's included.
- Removal of existing beds, failed plantings, and leftover edging
- Grade and drainage adjustments where water sits against the house
- New plantings sized for the space — not what looks full the first week
- Mulch or decorative stone and new edging
- Boulder or block walls when the grade needs to be held
How It Works
How It Works
- 1
Walk the Property
We look at sun, slope, downspouts, and how you use the yard before anything is drawn up.
- 2
Design
We draw up the plan, with a 3-D rendering for larger projects, and list what comes out and what goes in.
- 3
Remove and Reset
Old beds come out. Grade and edging are set so water moves away from the foundation.
- 4
Install and Finish
Plantings, stone or mulch, and any walls go in. The lawn edges are cleaned up so the lawn can be mowed cleanly up to the bed.
Timing
Best Time to Rebuild Beds
Spring and fall are the preferred windows for planting in this climate. Walls and stone work can run through a longer season when the ground is workable.
Midsummer installs are possible with irrigation and the right plant list. We will say so on the estimate if a July start is a poor fit.

Questions
Common Questions About Landscape Design & Installation
Is This the Same as a Landscape Refresh?
No. A refresh keeps the layout and updates the finish. A new installation removes the existing beds and builds a new plan.
Do You Design First?
Yes. We offer 3-D landscape design renderings, so you can see the finished project and make changes before installation starts.
Can the Lawn Program Start After the Install?
Yes. Once the beds are in, the turf can go on the regular fertilization and weed-control program. Each service is priced separately on your estimate.
